I am in India now and will be getting back to you within the next two weeks with news. I believe that a number of bears have just been rescued ... one of these will be 'yours'.
Would you like to suggest a name .... perhaps suggest a male and a female name?

Hi Denise,
I am at Bangalore airport after an amazing trip yesterday to the Bannerghatta Bear Sanctuary where I saw and went in with some of the rescued bears. Truly emotional to see these poor animals ... but wonderful to see them free of their awful previous lives. I met one, young male who I think will be marvellous for you !
His name is Deva, he is two and half years old and was rescued just before Christmas. I have pics and video of him and we also have a pic of him with his ex-'owner' at the point he was rescued. He had a number of health problems when he came in and is smaller than he should be due to his poor previous diet.
Attached is a pic of the socialisation enclosure he is now in, with a number of other bears. I have close ups of him on a different camera which I have not yet downloaded. He is the middle one of the smaller bears in the group of three at the top of this image. More detail when I return from India.

Comment:
Those of you who have known us for a while will know that the crystal
business we ran for many years was called DEVA! Also, our Devic
Essences are so named after the Deva’s in nature; and… Deva
is an anagram of Dave. So, Denise came over all peculiar when she read
Tony’s email and he said the bear already had a name and it was
Deva. One of Denise’s web names is also Devic Light!
Deva is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘Shining Ones’ and refers to the nature spirit consciousness in all things. Talk about synchronicity! Now, I wonder what made Tony think that this bear would be ‘marvellous’ for us? Something must have been guiding him? Pretty good confirmation from the universe that we made the right choice for our tithe. And of course, all the credit goes to Denise as she has done all the project research to find this wonderful and worthy cause
